PROXY CODE OF CONDUCT

As a Proxy, you are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and ethical manner at all times while using the Platform and fulfilling Orders. The following standards of conduct apply to all Proxies:

• Professional Appearance. Dress appropriately for each Order, taking into account the nature of the property and any Client-specified requirements. Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times while performing Orders.
• Timeliness and Reliability. Arrive at the designated property within the time window specified in the Order. If you are unable to complete an accepted Order or anticipate a delay, notify ProxyPics promptly through the Platform.
• Scope of Work. Capture and submit only content that is within the scope of the applicable Order. Do not photograph, record, or capture images of any persons, areas, or items within or on a property that are outside the scope of the Order.
• Privacy and Consent. Respect the privacy of property occupants, neighbors, and bystanders. Do not photograph or record any person without that person’s express permission.
• Respect for Property. Treat all properties with care and respect. Do not move, disturb, or damage any personal property, landscaping, structures, or other items at or on the property. Leave the property in the same condition in which you found it.
• Identification. When arriving at a property, identify yourself as a ProxyPics Proxy and state the purpose of your visit to any occupant, property manager, or other authorized person present. Carry valid government-issued identification at all times while performing Orders.
• Safety and Compliance. Follow all safety protocols and access instructions specified in the Order or communicated by ProxyPics or the Client. Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances while performing Orders. If you observe or encounter any unsafe condition, immediately cease work, leave the property, and report the condition through the Platform.
• Integrity and Authenticity. Submit only authentic Submissions that you personally captured at the applicable property at or near the time of your visit. Do not fabricate, alter, or misrepresent any Submissions, metadata, location data, or other information submitted through the Platform. Do not submit Submissions captured at a different location or time than the applicable Order.
• Confidentiality. Maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained in connection with an Order, including property details, Client information, occupant information, and Order specifications. Do not disclose such information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than performing the applicable Order.
• No Solicitation or Personal Business. Do not solicit business, distribute advertising materials, or engage in any commercial activity unrelated to the Order while at a property. Do not attempt to contact or solicit Clients directly outside of the Platform.
• Substance Use. Do not perform any Order while under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair your judgment, coordination, or ability to safely and competently complete the Order.
• Professional Communication. Communicate in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner in all interactions with Clients, property occupants, and any other persons encountered in connection with an Order. Do not use threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive language in any communication through the Platform or otherwise.
• Controversial Topics. Do not initiate, engage in, or promote discussions or communications regarding political, religious, social, or other potentially controversial or divisive topics while performing Orders or interacting with property occupants, Clients, or any other persons in connection with an Order. Refrain from displaying or distributing any materials, symbols, or messaging of a political, religious, or advocacy nature while on a property or otherwise acting in your capacity as a Proxy.
• Equipment and Technology. Ensure that your equipment used to perform Orders, including your mobile device, is capable of producing Submissions that meet the quality standards and specifications set forth in the applicable Order.
• Prohibited Content. Do not post, upload, or submit through the Platform any content that: (a) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, or profane; or (b) contains nudity, violence, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive subject matter.
• Consequences of Violations. Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of your Account and access to the Platform, in ProxyPics’s sole discretion. ProxyPics reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation, including withholding payment for any Order associated with the violation.
